How can I quickly place the Combat Scanner Probe at the Directional Scanner 5° position where I have sighted the ship into space (found approximate location with scanner, for precise location I need combat probe)? If I direct them with the mouse it takes too long. Is there a solution to quickly place the Combat Probes at the desired location?

There is a quick way to put the probes (either type) round your ship, but not anywhere else.

what do you consider “too long”?
if you Dscan with the Map open, you can enable the “scanning cone” display, so you will see visually where the result is located. Ideally your map is in horizontal mode (looking “down” on the elliptical solar system), so you put your probes over the result, switch to vertical mode, adjust if nessessary and hit “analyze”.
If you are quick, that won’t take more than a handful of seconds.

It’s about as long as it takes to position and run a single probe scan, which takes an experienced scanner indeed a few seconds at most.
Use shortkeys to zoom, double click the background to swap between horizontal and verical planes… in other words the regular tricks you learn as you practice exploration.
