Hey everyone!

Some minor work will be being performed on the Tranquility server database during downtime today, we are estimating that we should have everything up within the regular downtime window, but we’re just preparing this post just in-case it does go a little longer than expected.

ESI will also be temporarily disabled and re-enabled shortly following the server restart to keep the impact to the server to a minimum.

I’ll update this post by 11:20 UTC if things are going unexpectedly long.

Update: 11:20 UTC - Tranquility is booting back up now.
11:25 UTC - Bootup complete, Tranquility is accepting connections!

Edit: Just to add some detail from the server team - today was a “Cold Start” where everything was powered down/off and back up again, which means all services will be starting back up again immediately after downtime, so some things may initially feel slow to kick back into full speed again, so if you’re logging in close to downtime completion there may be some initially slow to respond features.

No notification in the launcher, auth issues with accounts, announcement of the ExDT just when it starts. This is CCP in perfection.

Great, CCP screwed up the chat user list, the overview, dscan, no signatures are spawning and other things. Can’t warp or cloak either.

@CCP_Zelus You EFFED up the system. It is baffleing how a company can be so incredibly bad with “a small update”.
