20260818 - Unscheduled Extended Downtime

Hey all, Tranquility is experiencing an unexpected extended downtime. We’re currently attempting to perform another shutdown and restart, but will keep you apprised of the progress here. We’ll be back online as soon as we can. Apologies for any inconvenience this is causing! Edit: 11:20 UTC - We’re currently remapping one of the troublesome nodes and attempting to restart now.
