One question, I’ve experienced annoying TiDi in lowsec when goons were roaming in fleets of 200-400, not fighting just jumping gates. What needs to be done to get that in check?

even if its just being there to rep means you took part in the kill. i don’t really like the idea of logi having to drop drones cause they should be focused on the task at hand.
