Connection failed[halp]

Could not connect to the specified address. Odds are that you have not established an internet connection, the server isn’t running, or the server address or port number was wrong.
Unable to connect to tranquility.servers.eveonline.com on port 26000

Can’t log in from new location, also fresh win 10 with fresh eve download. In my account manager it shows only recent launcher connections, but not the client. Turned off firewall, didn’t help. What do?

Today it happens again!!! last week i had problem too to log in!!! Always after update or downtime…
