It is well known that, Aside from Jita, Many capsuleers work tirelessly to bring smugglers and the like to justice in the regulated space known as Uedama. Id like to see it brought to a vote as whether to impress upon DEVs to consider a monument to the efforts of capsuleer enforcement of justice.

Its clearly not a futile endeavor to bring smugglers to justice and confiscate their vessel and goods.
