How do you bestow a title automatically to all new recruits ?

The idea is to have a shared hangar with newbro fits. If i understood right, the solution not to be driven crazy with mass clicking is to tie said hangar access to a title and bestow the title to recruits.

The idea being it’s faster to bestow a title than to manually give access to hangars.

But i am stuck in the next step : how to make any new recruit automatically have this title ?

I found this old topic : https://forums-archive.eveonline.com/message/3869202/ is it still true that it isn’t possible ?

Apparently in Eve University, “Freshman” was automatically given. Is there a way ?
