Cost of asset safty for special ships

I was wondering about the cost of getting an item out of asset safty that does not have a usual price in eve. Im talking faction dreads titans and supers here. Does anyone know or have an idea on how this would be calculated or even how the normal asset safty cost is calculated`? I know it comes from an estimate price but where does this originate?

Its gonna be based on build prices is my understanding. So the cost of the minerals to build it.

Just like insurance.
