After almost two months of hard work from all the CSM candidates, we have finally reached the culmination of this year’s elections and announced new council members at EVE North. Please feel free to use this thread to discuss anything related to the new council.
Edit: Even thou there is 0% low sec as a primary focus there seem’s to be CSM (at least 2/10) that have it on their top 3 so low sec is not actually 0% (Very happy to have found this out).
Only 1 Elected CSM per Alliance (or Corp if not in Alliance)
Don’t be naïve. The CSM doesn’t create policy, they only reflect on CCP policy changes (potential future and coming soon). Those changes are planned 1-3 years in advance on a non-published roadmap.
#WhytheCSMDoesn’tMatter
Before you Hate, Think About It
The CSM only advises CCP. Lets us hope the new team finds a way to make it work. CSM is a great opportunity of player representation. “Four square blocks” to low effort posts… take your time for a well tought out critical post next time.
Advise would be fine, if CCP had a clue about the game, and how it works beyond the very basic mechanical layer. Gobbins is one of the worst people you could imagine to be elected to such a council. His only drive is getting more wealth and advantages for himself.
