Something like this but with EVE logo?
(I just saw it recently in a shop near my place, not tried it yet)
well if we are flushing out details, obviously we need a high sec hot sauce, mild and tasty, notes of pineapple and lemon.
Then a medium strength null sec blend, some naga and scotch bonnet mix in a smoky bbq number with a slight note of bitter chocolate.
Then we need a ■■■■ off hot mix of carolina and trinidad Scorpion, sour, salty with a twist of cocaine and coconut.

Still doesn’t answer my question of how did people know the reward was in the NES?
Was there an official statement made by CCP about it?
By all rights, it should have been posted on the Launcher like the notice for CSM voting and the 3 special prizes made available to everyone in celebration of CSM 18.

Pure luck I guess of someone who browsed NES atm, noticed it and decided to share the find in this thread 
Or maybe that person looked for those earlier 3 rewards and noticed the SARO skin

Yeah, that was my first thought.
Which took me to my second thought after you saying ‘Sneaky NES’…
Purposely making players go to the NES in the hope that they’ll buy something else, like the game packs…
Or purposely hiding how to claim the reward in the hope that they won’t have to provide skins to all who voted.
Now I’m thinking it’s more likely the last part, they are purposely hiding how to claim the reward…
I think people are crossing wires between the Saro skin reward to all omegas that voted (Alphas cant vote) and the dip shuttle / 2x skins given out over 3 days to celebrate election time.
The Saro skin will be handed out once the voting period is over. If you did not vote you wont get one. If you are alpha you wont get one.
The shuttle and 2 skins for it was a NES free gift given to all players over a 3 days period, one a day, to celebrate the CSM. Alphas could not vote but they could celebrate the fact that omegas can vote.
I have not heard that the Saro skin (for voting) will be distributed via the NES. My money is that it will be in the redeem que like last year.
I’ve heard of it neither and yet I claimed it in NES already on all my acounts I voted with. I was unable to claim it in NES (it was simply not there) on my fresh account not eligible for vote, contrary to the other 3 gifts I claimed from NES on that very same account.

Indeed, it would seem it is given out via the NES.
At least the Saro skin has a market listing, the Council Diplomatic Shuttle Semiotique Sports SKIN & Council Diplomatic Shuttle CONCORD Aerospace ‘Prototype’ SKIN dont.

I claimed the shuttle and the SKIN a couple days ago and yesterday I did not find it in my assets. I wanted to give it to @Elinore_en_Divalone but it seems like the game had other plans.
So I gave you 5M isk instead, Elinore.
I’m done looking for rewards I didn’t care for in the first place.

I had already checked that before I posted in this thread.
The only statement in reference to the reward doesn’t say anything about having to claim it from the NES in-game:
To celebrate the expansion of the CSM from 10 to 12, all accounts who vote will be awarded with a SKIN for the Council Diplomatic Shuttle – the SARO ‘Black Troop’ SKIN.

Elections for the 2023 Council of Stellar Management (CSM18) are underway, and to celebrate EVE’s next season of player representation a selection of three gifts will be made available to all capsuleers for free through the NES on 8, 9, and 10 September:
- 8 September: Council Diplomatic Shuttle
- 9 September: Council Diplomatic Shuttle Semiotique Sports SKIN
- 10 September: Agency Support Drop
Additionally, as a special reward for those who vote in the CSM elections, any account which votes will also receive a free Council Diplomatic Shuttle SARO ‘Black Troop’ SKIN!
