- 40m SP but flexible with the right skills
- A second, useful account for scouting and/or dictor use
- In chain, on comms policy
Must be able to fly at least one from each of the following:
- Nighthawk, Basi, Tengu, Loki
- Tempest, Legion, Absolution, Guardian, Nestor, Zarmzad
