f12 politely submit ticket stuck in mission.

Yes, like Vortexo VonBrenner stated, definitely Submit a Support Ticket - Select type = Game Play Support - Category = Game Play = Agent missions in progress.

Provide a brief detailed explanation of the issue and politely ask CCP to please reset the mission. CCP usually answers those types of Support Tickets very quickly.
