At very least I will need to get the amount of isk I would yield by extracting the skills (7B) and then a little for the toon its self perhaps (2B) so 9B would be more of a place to start negotiation. Keep in mind I also have to pay the transfer fee.
The current delta between extractors and injectors is about 300m. You have 8m extractable sp (16 injectors), or about 16*300=4.8b. So I’m not sure where you’re getting 7b from.
But I will consider.
