To whom can I use the “Deliver To” function? Sometimes it appears and sometimes it does not and I am having a hard time figuring out why.
“Deliver to” is a functionality of citadels (player owned) you can use it to transfer goods to other players that have access to that citadel. In regular stations you would have to use either a trade, or a contract.
Thanks. Does the recipient player that has access to that citadel have to be in the station at the time I select Deliver To?
No, unlike trade where you both have to be online, with delivery to, it just goes straight to their hangar. Primarily used from corp assets to personal hangars without having to trade/contract etc if i read the archived forums correctly
