Got a simple question, does any form of API that corporations can get from a player have the ability to track what gets delivered from one player to another via the citadel “Deliver to” option? If so, how?

You might be able to get at it via Notifications but you’d have to have your members to authorize that scope. If they had any sense they’d refuse.
