Yeah, I don’t see that happening. Given the ease of transportation, a megahub is a natural development.
But hey, maybe in this new CHAOS ERA the Triglavian invasion will result in the creation of some more lowsec breaking up the main mass of contiguous highsec (after the additional tax funding proves inadequate to mount a full defense, of course).
