That’s only true in a democracy.
There’s nothing democratic about an election where you can buy unlimited votes.

@mike_azariah This is a throw away account (and go to sell the character in two months) , but i am a player with around 10 years here Currently have nine accounts omega nd all you were the 1st option.
My process in this year to choose for why vote, was exporting to excel the list of candidates/alliances published by TAGN, erase all goons, erase all init brave, and check carefully the Horde remainers. Then i fill with them in 2nd places, dalros guy and some of the high sec candidates to fill the 10.
My reasons to erase all goons and brave init are not personal. In first hand i see some things in their recruitment of kicking process, and some friends were affected. Currently the ones with some spinning capitals and me, move to horde for that pilots, and to highsec owned corporations, some public some of ourselves.
My only doubt of inlcude or not in my votes was the AUTH alliance code creator and the only ESI focused. But was in the ballot of imperium then i choose no vote.
By the way exist the rumour of one fanfest session who the devs says esi is out , i dont know, but ESI look broken, dead / rotten and is affecting some of us. If the future of ESI can be make clearer, will be better.
As a high sec player (work reasons) i think the scarcity is too much in many levels and is ridiclous is better mine in a venture in pochven than a skiff in 0.9 system, and less risk and time. This is … not right . Omega for why ?

It is not a direct quote.
Adam is referencing Plato’s The Republic, where the values of men (and women, very important to note here, that there is no sexism, they use he and man in all subjects, but they always want women to be taught and valued in exactly the same manners as the man described). And where they show that a good person will never want power, and therefore any who wants power for the sake of power, is an evil man, and therefore unfit to wield power.
This is where the whole part with Adam’s President Of The Galaxy comes from. It is not something Adam’s has made up, he is merely referencing Plato et al (Which exact credit Socrates, Glaucon etc deserves for their parts, is as far as I know unknown, ie was Plato sitting making a transcript of the talks, or did he later make up the talks using the people’s personalities to try explain through dialogue. But it is Plato’s desires to maintain and combine these talks, that make us have and even know about them, which is why I use his name to refer to them).
However isn’t this thread being trolled a bit into a Mike For CSM campaign, and rather off the topic on if people cared to vote?
