Seriously, just because a price drops you do not actually lose anything. You only lose when you sell below your buy price. The smart thing to do is waiting for the price to go up again and buying more of the cheaper stock. Unless, of course, you know that it will not ever recover, at which there is no point in selling your stock anymore anyway. The smarter thing to do in that case is hoping that it actually will recover, for whatever reason.
