How does it work when having two accounts and using Discord between them? Can I add more users to Discord?

You don’t need to have multiple discord accounts.
What exactly is the question?
Are you talking about two EVE accounts and using Discord to communicate between your one and other account? Sounds weird.
Or do you mean you have two EVE accounts and think you need two Discord accounts? Why not just have one Discord account for your main EVE character that you can use for all your characters on both EVE accounts?
Or if you wish to have two EVE accounts separately because spying or something like that and would like to have two Discord accounts too so people cannot see if you’re one or the other, it is possible since a while to add multiple accounts to Discord and swap between accounts.
Once upon a time Discord couldn’t do that which rather annoyed me as I did not wish to share my IRL identity I use with colleagues or friends also with random online people, but it seems Discord improved and added that feature to switch between accounts a couple of years ago.

What the hell is ‘‘an external corp’’? if you’re not a ‘‘spy’’ then you only need 1 Discord account. If you need to hide your identity from someone, then that falls under ‘spying’ and such. In which case, make 2 Discord accounts. However, masking your voice might be problematic.
Are you multiboxing and having an issue where the Discord overlay only shows on 1 of the eve game instances? That would be a Discord support question https://support.discord.com/hc/en-us
There’s no legit reason you would ever need 2 separate discord accounts.
ETA: as far as the other members of the discord server (which I’m assuming are in the same corp as you), it doesn’t matter which character or account you are playing at the moment in Eve, when those other people talk to you or send messages to you in Discord, they need to know its YOU and not someone else. Your identification on the Discord server isn’t actually hard-wired linked to Eve, even if the corp made you do some kind of eve authorization as a prereq to being invited to their server and having an identity configured for you, they just need to know who you are and they don’t care about which account/character you are currently playing. If you’re still confused about the whole thing ask a corp officer because I guarantee you aren’t the only member with more than 1 account.

There are legit reasons, why would you want to use the same account with all groups you join in Discord?
In EVE context it would make spying impossible without multiple accounts, but in most online context it means that sharing your real life discord name you use with friends or colleagues means you’re self-doxing when the same account is used with random strangers in online game groups.
luckily my discord has no bearing on my RL and only exists for games… i don’t use it for any other purpose.
