It’s not about who’s more willing to engage in PVP, it’s about who’s more willing to organize in the first place.

Safezoners are simply not willed to organize most of the time (except for maybe a 5 man mining op) but expect CCP to spoon feed them on every occasion, make ■■■■ even easier and more casual so less effort is needed to feel the sweet taste of success.

The average safezoner prefers to be passive, often being a singleplayer in a MMO and semi-afk his ■■■■ if possible like watching TV while Orca mining or autopiloting his 10b Charon from A to J.

Now Niarja is the bill for this kind of behaviour. Have fun. You deserve it 100%.

Like ban pvp in highsec and delete all connections to null leaving only 1 for every empire,make all highsec systems maximal 0.7 and all low systems to 0.0…

The point is Goons did it just to piss in others cereal and for no other reason. That type of ■■■■ shouldn’t be able to happen and is the problem. The funny thing is these guys come here and troll, but when any change effects the NS afk bot farming in any way there is literally mountains of salt and crying alike never before seen. To the point the changes get reverted.

Techinally pvp is banned in highsec, and if you talk about ganking well its always been in the game and you just have to be careful. I have to disagree with you on making few connections to null. Why would they decrease the connections? Thats just how the map is. Plus most connections are from lowsec.
