So I have had it a few times where I click to jump or Dock run to answer the door or whatever and come back to see my ship failed to execute the jump or Dock.
I know I am clicking the correct icons etc not just hitting warp to.
Spoken to others who have had this and just wanted to get an idea of how common this is.
Document it and then file a Bug Report.

Yeah have done as I said just wondering if this is a rare or common thing.

If logged in, might wanna try clearing all cache files in Esc menu - Reset Settings tab.
Also should verify the integrity of downloaded files and purge extra files in the Launcher. Select the ‘E’ icon in top right corner of Launcher and click ‘Shared Cache’ in the drop down menu, then select ‘Verify’ in the box.
It’s usually a good idea to do that after downloading patches, helps remove little annoying bugs.
