Does completing Missions in time for Bonus Rewards grant additional Standings gains?

For instance, I didn’t want to lose an additional NPC Standing gain, so I let the Bonus Rewards timer expire and instead completed the Mission after my Social Skills fully trained (Social V; Connections V, Criminal Connections V, Diplomacy V). Would I have lost any possible gains by allowing the Bonus Rewards timer to expire, assuming I did not need to train these Social Skills in the first place?

The time bonus is just an isk reward (and sometimes loyalty points), nothing more.
