Just visited ice belts in two different 0.1 systems looking for dark glitter. And failed. Neither system was in Gallente space plus both are listed in dotlan anyway as having local racial ice, glare crust and DG.
I did wait until after DT after mining glare crust in one. The belt re-spawned but still no DG. Has it been nerfed from low sec systems (despite the dotlan listings) or am I missing something here?
