Is the implant drop for Scarlet now fixed as a Basic Social Adaptation Chip? (this is all I’ve received for the past few weeks)

I actually thought it varied at one point, but maybe my memory is off.

Is it possible you’re confusing it with Right Hand of Zazzmatazz? That one occasionally drops Zor’s Custom Navigation Hyper-Link instead of the regular one. I sometimes get that mission confused with Scarlet.
