moved to General Issues - EVE Online Forums and removed a few off topic posts.
If possible, use the in-game F12 → Report Bug when this is occurring so developers have a bit more info on the issue.
It looks like this is a known issue according to 'Track' and 'Look At' not working on asteroid belts - #18 by CCP_Swift
