The Einherjar Foundation has deployed its warclones and drones to suppress the newly discovered rogue drones strain that have emerged due to the AID act across the Federation’s borders with the Minmatar Republic and the Intaki Syndicate, but also to study them across New Eden and Anoikis. Our main areas of interest are their Rampant Fabricator’s and data sites. We don’t known if they have any other kind of sites yet.
Based on our observations, as soon as someone enters their Rampant Fabricators sites, more rogue drones are produced by “rampant” drone fabricator structures as a defense mecanism until the fabricators are either destroyed or overloaded by production protocols. These newly produced drones seems to have been made solely for the destruction of any intruding human. We have not yet observed any attacks on specific targets outside of these sites or any kind or non-violent behavior toward other entities.
We obtained four copies of this data, we kept two of them and entrusted two others to Matari authorities.
But the most interesting type of data we obtained are these “Rampancy Data Dumps” which comes straight from rampant fabricators. We obtained four copies of this, kept two, entrusted one to the Republic and gave another one to the DED.
By translating this binary data dump, we obtain this:

All recovered copies contain this message, and we’ve heard that this is the same for all copies of fabricators’ data dumps recovered by other capsuleers all across the known universe. This, along with our observation that all drones and fabricators in this wave of emergence seems to behave identically, leads us to theorize that all these fabricators may be controlled by the same rogue AI that has delivered its “thoughts” into this data stream, hinting at some kind of sapience and will to be something else than what they currently are.
We have not yet determined whether the intelligences of these rogue drones are actually the same which hypothetically controls the fabricators or if they have their own individual intelligences, nor how they interact with other strong AIs such as rogue drones, Sleeper drones, Navka overminds or certain Drifter units.
These are only very early observations, and we believe we will know more in the coming times.
We also plan to acquire reprogrammed or captured versions of these drones in order to study their capabilities.
