EQM - v1.0.5 - “Moar HyperNets and PLEX Galore!” Update
The HyperNet bookkeeping has grown some teeth, and PLEX gets a tracker of its own. This update brings offer corrections, screenshot imports, node grids, and a way to follow an expired item’s ISK all the way through its eventual market sale.
Screenshots show the current EQM interface with sample activity and prices. The in-game images used for the crop and OCR demonstrations were supplied by the author.
PLEX gets its own ledger
Find the new PLEX Tracker under Finance & Trade. Check global ESI buy and sell prices, the spread, available quantities at those prices, and daily market history with 7-, 30-, and 90-day views.
Record purchases, sales, opening holdings, gifts or packs, and PLEX spent or converted. EQM tracks remaining holdings and realized trading profit using first-in, first-out acquisition costs, including recorded fees. Unknown acquisition costs can stay unknown. Edit or remove entries to recalculate the ledger, or export it to CSV.
Planning a sale? Compare a target price against your holdings or a hypothetical purchase, include your selling fees, and see estimated proceeds, profit, and break-even. Transactions are recorded manually; the tracker does not place market orders.
Fix the offer you actually posted
Recorded eight nodes when the offer had sixteen? Used the wrong pilot or station? Active and draft offers now support corrections to the seller character, location, node total, offer price, quantity, HyperCore quantity and unit cost, acquisition cost, desired profit, expiry, and notes. Corrections preserve recorded progress and keep an audit trail, with prices and odds recalculated from the corrected details.
Paste a screenshot instead of typing every participant
Upload an image or paste it directly into the Participants field, crop the participant list, and scan names and cumulative node counts. Recognition runs in your browser. Review and correct the results before merging them; matching names replace counts while existing off-screen participants remain.
This update also improves recognition around portraits and highlighted rows, makes paste work immediately when the importer opens, and replaces raw count-validation errors with useful messages. Update totals from participant list helps reconcile sold, seeded, and participant counts before saving. Names still need a human check.
Keep the grid after the game stops showing it
Mark seeded positions and the winning position on a numbered grid, choose the matching column layout, and use Shift-click for ranges. Upload or paste an in-game grid screenshot and save just the selected area as a lossless PNG, with an original-size view for reading node codes. The reference is removed once the offer is completed and its winning position is saved; expired offers keep it until you remove it.
Node-position history adds heatmaps for matching layouts, character filtering, and observed versus expected seeded wins. It records what happened in your sample; it does not predict the next winning node.
Expired, then sold? Finish the accounting
An expired offer can now have a Sold on market disposition. Record gross proceeds, sales tax, broker fees, other fees, the sale date, and notes. EQM calculates the item’s lifecycle result after acquisition and HyperCore costs and includes it once in lifetime totals. Refunded seeded nodes add no loss. The offer keeps its expired status, and the sale remains editable.
Updating: Rebuild the backend and frontend together and allow migrations 0082 through 0085 to run. No SDE reimport is needed for these additions.
