ESI access errors

I have followed the guide to create an ESI key using the development site and created a new application. i keep receiving the error the below for applications in both iskperhour and postman to use in powerbi.

{“error”:“invalid_request”,“error_description”:“The callback URI doesn’t match the value stored for this client”}

I read the guide below and clicked link to check what access my characters have granted. None at all. I can’t find any information on how to grant my characters access. I can’t seem to work out how I grant access. What am i missing?

I also keep getting 500 internal server errors from the develops.eveonline.

That error indicates the callback URI you entered in your dev application, does not match the one you’re using when starting the SSO flow. Make sure they are exactly the same.
