First of all I will list suggestions then give reasons why I am suggesting this:
1: The Main Bank, Reserve Bank Linking spot should not be on landing point. 50km away min
OR
Huginn, Lachesis, Curse, Rook, Should have 50% Speed penalty inside ESS grid & 20 % decrease in scan resolution Due to intereference in ship systems by ESS .
2: Upon one successful hack of the ess the next amount of isk collected with go to reserve bank not main bank.
3: few NPC frigates inside ess near hacking terminal that attack the hackers.
4: Upon succesful hack of 1 ess the hackers should have timer which reduces their hacking time for a certain amount if they keep hacking successfully in a row and a penalty timer increasing hacking time upon failing or discconnecting.
Reasons:
For 1 : I tried going for ess hacking solo and with 2-3 friends, when solo always hugin followed by 20 men fleet and even with friends ewars dropped on zero rendering as unable to get any fight or do something. If hacking terminal is moved 50km away, with 50% targeting range penalty for hackers in 5000m radius of hacking terminal this will allow hackers to have some time to react and fight and with 50% targeting range penalty will allow the defenders not to get abused by the range.
For 2: I dont see reserve banks getting robbed much or reserve banks increasing in value, thats why a little extra input might help.
for 3: Few npcs around hacking terminal would help get those ess stabber bots,
for 4: this will prompote hacking and defending rates making it pain in the ass for afk ratters which CCP loves ![]()
