Got my box today. When will I be receiving the promised compensation PLEX? Should be 400. Do I need to contact Support? (Please don’t tell me I need to go to Support)

I have that from months ago but it is just saying how much we will get.
I have one as well, before my time as well. Looks like I need to buy a floppy reader lol. Right? Where do I get one now days lol?
Once the final EU shipments have been delivered we’ll begin the process of sending out the PLEX compensation. There is no action required by you.

With US customers receiving their anniversary editions we have been asked when the PLEX compensation for additional shipping cost will be distributed.
Once all players (US and EU) have received their shipments we will be able to be provided a definitive list from Limited Run Games and start the PLEX distribution.
Limited Run Games have assured is that the anniversary editions destined for EU recipients are on route to their center in Sweden from where they will be distributed. We will continue to provide updates as we get them from Limited Run Games.
Should be free since you mess up the skinry and the patch of the patch to fix the update

Just got mine in Australia.
Still awaiting anything from LRG in regards to delivery. Did they send the stuff to Sweden by an auto-piloting slowboating freighter?
I also hope that this also makes CCP more cautious over working with companies like this that seem to advertise that they can do things like this and hopefully choose one that isn’t entirely based in the US.
Can we please get an update on the EU deliveries? (please say before Christmas)
Limited Games support sucks for their customers. When asking them, they tell you what’s on the web page.
Month 14 after placing my order and still no delivery. I’m in the UK.
I have tried - continiously - to get in touch with Limited Run games regarding my missing order. I can’t log into my account, password reset email does not arrive, and they have ignored all emails I have sent them over the past two months.
Can we have an update on where orders are for EU/UK please? CCP seem to have slighly more communication from Limited Run Games.

For me in Belgium, website say still in production.
Next time CCP, don’t use again LRG.
I hope LRG don’t try never finish production and theft money.
Knowing CCP and how skilled they are in general, my guess is that they hired a US based company who is also as skilled as CCP and couldn’t figure that trinkets delivered to the EU from abroad would need to pay customs fees on top of VAT and so now they’re panickly trying to figure how to get out of the mess with unexpected thousands of euros hitting their bottom line as the boxes sit in some warehouse waiting for customs clearance.
Skilled people easily find better places to work than CCP… and that includes the people made responsible for one-time gimmicks like a physical limited edition.
Or the kind of people who should tell the C-levels the amount of stupidity involved with developing a subscription based online shooter with no brand recognition to release into a market saturated with online shooters, and after failing twice to even make such a game. And then those experts would just quit once they learned that C-levels got venture capital money for the adventure under the promise of “use blockchain -something something- then profit” which means that when it fails VC will get their 40 million back at whatever the cost for CCP and EVE Online.
Nothing like an intrest free loan for over a year!
