I don’t know why it’s going so badly wrong for you all.
When they released the Frigates of EVE a few years ago there wasn’t any problems with that, but then again a lot of staff have left since and now we have youtubers running the show.
Plus I ordered one of the beer steins and when it arrived it was cracked from top to bottom after arriving in the flimsiest wrapping you could imagine for something fragile, that got replaced and after using the replacement once that too split so now I have 2 ornaments.

We’ve received confirmation from Limited Run Games that the components of the EU orders has reached their distribution centre in Sweden. They are working on packaging the components and will then start shipping.
Given this rate of incredibly slow delivery, I expect mine to be sent via the methods that those who lived there historically once employed in rescuing valuables from suddenly burning monastaries.

Limited Run Games have assured us that shipping of the EU orders will begin within the next couple of weeks.
We have decided to distribute the PLEX compensation for shipping taxes, detailed in this blog . If you have not received any PLEX and an email regarding compensation for the shipping taxes then please contact support@eveonline.com from the email address associated with your order.

That good that they’ve finally decided to do so, as I was about to ask the witch of the fens to scry hard into the entrails to find out where this had gone to…
I’ve received the email and PLEX, but as you said in previous post PLEX would be distributed when all shipments, including EU were shipped.
As I’m a EU customer I expected to receive at least a shipment notice from LRG, before receiving the PLEX. Since communication from LRG is non-existent this would be my indication of shipping or that it was shipped.
Especially since “within the next couple of weeks” is a quite a large range. But then again a couple of weeks is nothing on the more than a year since ordering.
I got the PLEX but the wrong amount ?! Didn’t think that part would be so hard…!
I’m also a EU customer and have not recieved any notis about shipping the package yet.
This seems to imply that only shipping taxes are reimbursed in the form of PLEX, and not “extra costs” incurred above $174.99 as per the table in the original blog post. A little concerning if this is a retroactive change to only reimburse shipping, especially considering how long this process has taken and still is taking, the value of the product itself, and the reason this PLEX compensation was even introduced to begin with.
So regardless of how you choose to interpret the table, I cant find a way for it to land at the 1600 step.
Also still haven’t received any shipping confirmation or anything else from LRG.
I mean,… with the current spike in PLEX ingame prices, CCP should really use this PLEX compensation as a possibility to inject as much PLEX into the market as possible.
Edit with additional Info on my Status:
PLEX: I did not recieve anything yet - the old compensation Mail states I would get 1400. I am in contact with Support to clear things up (for me, originally the E-Mail adress I ordered with on Limitedrungames was not the same as my Main Charcter E-Mail. While I did change that afterwards, maybe that’s why I still have to wait.)
No Shipment or Statusupdate on the page yet (I live in Germany).
