I got the Plex last week on my alt which used the same email addy as the one I used for the order. So I just transfered it to my main in game.

I haven’t put in the code from the box yet, I’ll do that later.

a small update from me: I asked LRG (after no updates here and there) whats with my order on 20.12.2024 and got a reply that its in the shipping queue. But they can’t get an ETA when it will be shipped. So I just have to wait until its my turn and I get the shipping email.

Hope it will be soon and that the other orders are also in the queue and will be shipped soon.
