I’m not overclocking anything
Game files have been verified
Windows is updated

The exception code 0xc0000409 indicates a Stack Buffer Overrun or Stack Buffer Overflow. This typically means that a program has written more data to a buffer on the stack than it was allocated for, which can lead to corruption of adjacent memory and potentially crash the application or cause security issues.

Same here but with 2 variations. One is the same as yours, involving:

Could these be linked!?

Is there anyone having these issues who is NOT running dx12?

I keep running into the same thing, but I guess I’ll try switching to directx 11

Turns out this was completely related to Intel failure of the 13th generation 13900k Processor. It was causing eve to crash among other games. Ended up sending me a check for $599 and took the processor back, switched to AMD. All of a sudden no issues with all the same hardware except a new AMD motherboard.

Amazin’

I have a 14900K and am experiencing the same issue. I have updated drives and bios, yet nothing works. Clients crash immediately after I select char to log into.

Can confirm this was in fact the issue. Intel RMA’d the 13900k for me.

dont use dx12
