A new forum, a new chance to show the newbros how the community is. I just want to say to new players not all of us are like that and the ganking in highsec is just the passing of greedy loosers who can’t cut it in highsec/lowsec/nullsec/wormholespace. One you passed them the game is lots of fun. And you will even have great PVP battles. Don’t let CODE tell you the ‘shooting fish in a barrel’ is what EVE Online PVP is. They are just the grade school bullies that won’t follow you to university for obvious reasons.

Isn’t EVE, like, the only MMO who’s subscribers has been going steadily up the entire time? To compared, WoW has lost half of the subscribers it had at its high point.

It has. It has certainly also lost subscribers in recent years, but MOST of those can be attributed to ditching a lot of alts due to new rules about multiboxing and how it can be handled.
