Eve launcher demands steam_appid.txt

After restarting the system the launched stopped working. now it shows the next error:

made a screenshot of error message along with the list of all .TXT files in the game folder. THe file was not deleted by antivirus (checked it in first place), nor was it deleted by myself. It’s just not there at all. Also nothing was done to the client except restarting my computer. Now… how to fix this error? Except reinstalling the whole game?

Launch the game through STEAM, if you did that and got the error, then you should just verify game files.
STEAM accounts cannot be launched through EVE launcher without having created an EVE account name and password first.
