If your installed wine version are older than 3.20 then you must with winecfg the used Windows Version set to “Windows XP”, default setting are “Windows 7”. Older wine versions have this xaudio2_7 bug which was fixed with version 3.20. When you use winecfg don’t forget the variable WINEPREFIX so that the right wine prefix are used. env WINEPREFIX=~/.eve/wineenv winecfg
to set the right Windows Version for EVE Online.
