I have not really noticed medium structures really being used as advertising in hisec, did not happen when they were easy to defend either, but I do believe you are having a little poetic license there you naughty boy.

In my view they were easy to kill before that, they were just made even easier to kill, seems a bit silly to me when they were dying all over the place anyway… and I may add that I was going many jumps in hisec with not a single one in sight before that needless nerf.
