Yes, you and several other people have been reporting it. It is most likely due to DDoS affecting ESI servers, which is affecting numerous third party services/applications dependent on ESI.

ESI being down would just mean Eve Marketer couldn’t pull data. It wouldn’t take down the entire Eve Marketer site.
It’s most likely a hosting problem: either Eve Marketer didn’t pay their hosting bill, or the server their site is on is having issues, or the host is undergoing its own DDOS attack, etc.
Is Evemarketer still not working? The site comes up but I see no sellers/buyers for items I select.
