Elaborate to an IT newb please. The moment your app is showing me my assets, it has access to this information, it can show me a table of ships and items and values and locations on my device (created with the data fetched via the API/ESI access I granted). And also send you a copy of that table without my knowledge, could it not?
You’re absolutely right to ask. Any app with ESI access could read and forward your data (malicious developer) — that’s a real and valid concern, not just theoretical. What I can tell you is that EVE One doesn’t store your data on any server (aside from what I mentioned earlier, Aura’s chat and your market watch list, which are both stored temporarily on an encrypted storage server) — it fetches it live from ESI and displays it only on your device. But trust is still required, and I respect that. EVE One is built as a community app, and earning that trust is something I take seriously.

Thank you for your honest answer. If at some point of your development API/ESI access is customizable, I’ll definitely test it out! I wish you success with the project nonetheless!

This feature will completely revolutionize the way you access intel through a series of cross sharing public knowledge using existing APIs, User’s report and mathematics

- FIX: Fixed an issue where Aura didn’t detect the proper threat level of a user during intel search.

- ADD: Added the option to manually type a user in the intel parser rather than In-Game copy of local chat.

Greetings Commander!
For those who saw the app, you probably noticed a new tab showing on the menu “EVEO Intelligence”
This is the big feature I mentioned on my previous post, I’m still working on it, so it’s not accessible yet.
I’ll be taking a short development break for the week, and I’ll resume this weekend.
The app currently features many of the popular tools of EVE Online, all of which “should” be working fine. If you haven’t tried the app yet, give it a try! I’ll be waiting for your comments.

- ADD-MAJOR_UPDATE: EVEO PVE menu. EVEO PVE is your new PVE Intel, you can search any npcs to see their strenghts and weaknesses so you can better prepare for your next adventure.
- ADD-MAJOR_UPDATE: Added the option for users to see their alliance/corporation market data. This feature is specifically ideal for members responsible to restock their corporation market or seek new opportunities in trades. Corp Market is now available in the Market section and requires your corporation director’s approval (ESI Structure access). The Corp Market is a 1 page intel on which item is the most trendy, inventory level, price comparison with Jita, daily and weekly history. You can also choose to export the market as a CSV or on Google Sheet.

- 1.1 Intel Wizard: This feature will allow you to paste intel and Dscan directly into our search box, it will analyze based on multiple algoritms, which ships belongs to who, and also provide you with a complete intel on the enemies.
- 1.2 System Intel: This feature will allow you to see recently reported public intel from any system.
- 1.3 Pilot Intel: This feature will allow you to manually add pilots into your watch list. All public data for the pilots in your watchlist will be shown.
- 1.4 Alerts: Based on your own rules, you will get notified by our app either on your phone or computer, the alert comes from your browser. Example: “Capital ship reported on “X” system”, "Fleet Forming (5+ ships) in “Y” system.
- 1.5 Leaderboard: Users who have contributed the most to public reports will be listed in order in our leaderboard section.
- 1.6 Reports: Users will have access to see their recent reports and make changes to it within 30 minutes.
- 1.6 Changes to Privacy Policy for EVEO Intelligence: All reports will be kept in our database for 30 minutes, this includes “public report”, “corporation report”, “alliance report”, “private report”. All pilots that are added in the “Pilot Intel” section (watchlist) will be saved into our database for that user account in order to sync the watchlist to his other devices.

- 2.1 Users can now type their mission’s name or browse manually and get details on their mission, along with intel on which enemy ship they will be facing, their strength and weakness. This way, players can prepare ahead of their mission.

- 3.1 Dashboard: Quick overview of the active and completed manufacturing, research, invention, and reaction jobs, the cost associated to those active jobs, your blueprint library, and quick access to calculator, planner, market, and structures (see which structure has which bonuses).

- 3.3 Blueprints: A list of all your blueprints

You can calculate the opportunities for Manufacturing, Research, Invention, Copying, and Reprocessing jobs.

- 3.7 Analytics: This feature allows you to have an overview of your expenses and profits directly related to the jobs you made.

Features for members like better integration with various communication tools, and features for directors like “Memo” that will be shown to all members of their corporation once they sign in, various trackers to see their members participation, and so on…
- 5.2 Corporation Public Invite: Corporation CEO will have the possibility to list publicly their corporation recruitment information.
- 5.2 Privately Policy: Memos made by corporation director will be saved into our database in order to synchronized on all of their members portal. Corporation Recruitment post will also be saved into our database in order to be synchronized on all accounts.

FIX: Fixed an issue where our AI Engine “BOB” in the fitting simulator wouldn’t suggest proper rigs based on ship bonus and fitted modules. BOB will now be doing a triple phase verification of the fitting (1- Suggested Fit, 2- Cross-Check with EVE Forum and EVE Workbench for optimal recommendation, 3- Validate recommended fit to be compatible with your skills and logical stats).

Under this section, you will have access to 2 different features, Universe (where you can navigate through the map of the universe of EVE Online by region and system, see general intel on the most dangerous systems, and territory ownership. The Navigation tab is your go-to place for jumps and navigation planning. The Universe tab will with time be injected with data from EVEO Intelligence - Advanced Precision Intel, giving you live and precise intel on every system. The Navigation tab will also be injected with data from EVEO Intelligence giving you more insights on the jumps and navigations plans with alerts on routes that aren’t safe and better recommendations.
