    • updated graphics drivers
    • installed a Samsung 990 PRO NVMe for gaming bandwidth, F: drive
    • repaired system files with DISM and sfc /scannow
    • checked C: drive health, good
    • checked RAM health, good
    • ran DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    • disabled Antivirus by excluding game folder
    • installed Visual C++ runtimes (x64 + x86)
    • disabled background interference (Razer, Norton, Defender cache exclusions)
    • Game level troubleshooting
      • cleanly installed EVE on a high-speed, isolated gaming drive
      • deleted %LocalAppData%\CCP and %AppData%\CCP
      • verified and/or moved Shared Cache to NVMe

    • Within BIOS
      • AI Tweaker
        • Performance preferences = Intel default settings
        • Intel default settings = performance
        • AI clock tuner = manual
        • BCLK frequency = 100
        • ASUS multicore enhancement = disabled
      • Advanced\CPU Configuration\CPU power management control
        • Intel turbo boost = disabled
        • Turbo mode = disabled
        • Dual tau boost = disabled

After applying the solution, the game runs stable with one or eight clients simultaneously. Hope this helps.

Thank you very much for this. I had a similar issue with an I7 - 14700K and the BIOS adaption worked for me as well. Seems to run stable for the rest of the system aswell even with fixed clock speeds.
