Whenever anyone is “nice” to me in game my 1st thought is always “ok what’s the catch, where’s the scam?”

I get accused of that, often. These days I ask what proof they would like OR they can just Google me.

I know what you mean, last night I witnessed a scam bot spouting a link “Buying Plex for 6.5 Billion ISK” but when you look close at the contract is reads million and not billion. Another player was there trying to mess with it, but was informed they are just a bot running the scam and not a real human.
@Mike_Azariah About the patch, do you think it will affect the booster gases? I am unaware what the patch covers, but I make my ISK farming lowsec for various mykoserocin gases. At present, I am working my alt account doing abyssal space and training in there to eventually enter PvP.
At present, I am running 6 characters over 2 accounts. The 3 princesses are my main or first account. I have 3 male characters on the other account. I cannot imagine running a group of 500, or even 50,000 people in it. I ran a small guild in Guild Wars and we never went over 20 to 30 players. Try getting people to stand together for a guild photo.
That was also a lot of work.

I have seen that bot and wish that CCP would pick some low hanging fruit like that one.
As to the viability of you and your alts it depends on carry through effects more than anything. Even if they do not directly hit what you gather changes in the market and supply always have ripple effects.
I am not an industrialist in Eve (I was for about half a year and decided it was profitable but not that much) so I do not keep the numbers aspect close to hand the way some players do. CSM meetings over the years have helped me have a firm appreciation for those who specialize in that aspect of the game.
I can make wild ass guesses as good as the next person but that is all it will be.
