tried to put a support ticket in go to the website from inside eve online and i get this Error.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH
seems like FC did not update the SSL or are using a degraded one. would be nice to fix it as i cannot put in a support ticket to reach customer services about something i need them for.
I’ve never tried doing an in-game Support Ticket..
I’ve always just saved screenshots of the issue, then upload them to Imgur hosting site and link them in a Support Ticket created from Eve Online’s web page…

problem is it happens with website or from ingame . so i cannot save a screen shot and send a support ticket either way website or from ingame
When and where would that happen? I have no problems to start a ticket from either website or ingame?
As i have no issues to report, i have not filled out the ticket until the end. Is that where the error occurs or already on opening the ticket form or the support website?
No SSL error for me there.
