Support Portal Not Working

I’ve been trying to submit a ticket for a lost ship for the last several days, and every time I navigate to the support portal and try to sign in, I get this browser error message:

"The page isn’t redirecting properly

An error occurred during a connection to www.eveonlinesupport.com.

This problem can sometimes be caused by disabling or refusing to accept cookies."

Is this something I can fix on my end?

Try visiting EVE Support - Contacting Support
You can always submit a ticket via email from the email on file with the account to support@eveonline.com.

I don’t think that url is right your using.
