I just left EVE Uni and I learned so much!
I didn’t know what I wanted to do in EVE when I first joined. The great thing about Uni is not only did I learn what I was good at and what I wanted to do, I gained basic proficiency in things I was bad at that is core to enjoying the rest of the game. Got to meet new people and make new friends. Most importantly I was engaged in the game long enough until I found my niche and another corp invited me to join.
I would highly encourage players to at least rely on Uni for free public classes and events.

I’ve been made a guest for EVE Uni but can’t access the discord like instructed. I don’t have anyone to contact. I’m sorry for the noob issues. Who can I get in touch with for help?
EVE Uni’s wiki is often the first and best stop for things like this, specifically this page in your case: Applying to EVE University - EVE University Wiki
You have to authorize the character you want to apply to the Uni with on our EVE Uni Alliance Auth. Just follow the steps one by one on the wiki and you should be good.
You can also just join our Discord (and Mumble) as a guest though a lot of the steps like registering on Alliance Auth are the same: Connecting to EVE University Services as a Guest - EVE University Wiki

Oh fantastic! Thanks a ton. The Alliance Auth page is what I was having an issue with. I would go there and it showed that I had an open application but then after I received an alert from Eve Uni I can’t change or open anything on the auth page. I’ll reach out like you’ve suggested, I think that’ll work. Thanks a ton!
