From a few days, after the last update, when i try to launch the launcher it says “C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\dxwa2.dll is either not designed to runon windows or it contains an error.Try installing the program using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020.”
MI am running Windows 10 pro 64 bit, 4 Gb ram, ATI Radeon HD 6850, intel i3 2120.
I’ve tried:
- reinstalling Eve multiple times;
- run the sfc /scannow;
- reinstalling the graphic drivers (AMD Catalyst and Radeon Software Crimson edition beta);
- copy the dxwa2.dll from another windows 10 pc;
- run multiple scans of my computer with antivirus/antispyware programs.
- download an old version of the launcher, let it update and click cancel on the 30 seconds window (i get the “cannot connect to server” message), the error 0xc000020 osps up every time i update the launhcer.
