It’s unlikely to be a problem with the profile itself, more likely corrupted files in the AppData folder under that user.

You could try logging in under the original account, uninstall EVEMon, then go to
Start -> Run, type in %AppData%
Find the EVEMon folder and clear it out
Reinstall
