I can’t seem to find out whether there’s a non-android (PC app or Browser-based) way to access my account/character and view or even change simple things like skill training or market orders?
My reading about EVEMon hasn’t yielded a link to a functioning app that a normal player can use. Are there any alternatives, or has CCP made it too hard to actually USE the API access they brag about?

It have shifted between maintainers recently, making finding the right version is a little complicated ATM.
