Well, at least today it is longer than until before the release of the after-the-fact-announcement. CCP’s organisational talents never cease to amaze.

Hmm, second time this week. Another day starting out just wonderfully. 
Once upon a time…. when I was young…. and CCP was fresh…. downtime was an hour…… so as long as you dont return to that, it is considered progress.
Fark man, laughed way harder then I should’ve at this.
They didn’t expect this issue to happen. Its obvious in the timing and language of the announcement.
