Did anyone ever come up with an answer to this?
Or why it wasn’t part of the patch notes?
For 20 years you could buy faction ammo at any npc station…along with other faction items.
When they removed the ships from the LP stores the also took out the BPC for making faction ammo. What was the reason for this?
Seems like all the other faction items are missing also.
Not sure what the reasoning for this change was.
And why are there no patch notes on the changes?

There never was a BPC for making faction ammo I thought. You could exchange normal for faction though.
What corp’s are you looking at that don’t have faction ammo?

No, and not for lack of trying. Several people raised this in a feedback thread, @CCP_Swift was asked, etc.
With the best of attitudes it would be difficult to construct a valid reason for this change.
