I see in the game there is something called faction materials. Some players divide them into rare and common types. However, unlike ores which can be divided into moon ores and standard ores, the game doesn’t seperate faction materials into “rare” and “common” but by faction type (ammar, gallente, caldari, etc…). So what does this fan term of rare and common faction material mean?
